June 6th ~ Eric does the rough sanding on Mary. You can
see the beautiful gold veining in the stone beginning to emerge.

June 13th ~ Now you can see the fold of Mary's cloak and the 
natural gold veining of the marble that compliments the sculpture. 

June 15th ~ The rough carving is done!
